Hi there! I'm trying to lose some weight. I'm currently about 128lbs, 5'3 and 20 years old. I'd like to get down to about 120, as I've gained some weight during the pandemic that I would like to lose and be more confident in myself. I started doing some of the Chloe Ting workouts, but I read numerous things and heard from friends that her workouts tend to make some people look rectangular or "like a door" as one friend said. I'm small but my body shape is more of an hourglass, and I would like to maintain an hourglass shape, just get it a bit more toned and trimmed down (especially my stomach). What at home workout programs/channels/exercises would y'all suggest? Thanks so much!!!
