Sunday funday! Getting after my meal prep and all that jazz. Hope you're doing great work today!
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & report here even if I don’t like it: 230.2 this morning, 231.3 lbs trend weight.
Stay within calorie range (1800): Vday maintenance. 7/12 days.
Exercise 5 days a week: Rest day. 11/14 days.
Self-care time (journaling, beauty treatments, anything that fills the bucket, nonfood rewards): Vday stuff & still handling prep for the week ahead.
Try a new recipe once a week: Identity crisis chili (because it’s kind of red & kind of green), curry chicken drum sticks & oven roasted zucchini. 2/4 weeks.
Express mindfulness and or gratitude: Today I’m grateful for all the things. I have a full fridge & freezer, I'm still employed & I'm pretty sure my SO still loves me. Winning.
