FINALLY!! It’s been two weeks since I’ve been able to do a workout! I’ve only done 10 minute lunges two times in the last two weeks, finally feeling better to get back into a routine!!
My gym membership is frozen until next week, and the day I’m getting it is when I’m getting a tooth filling. UGH. So I won’t get to the gym until next Saturday..
Despite all that I’m so exited to get back into it!! I’ve been regaining/maintaining weight, which is a pain but it’ll come back off eventually. I can do my workouts at home until I can get to the gym. I’ll be sure to do updates until I feel like deleting this account again lol.
