18M/~180cm. 85Kg -> ~81Kg over the last month.
Hello, I always have trouble balancing what I'm eating, I cut out all soda/sweets/crisps etc, eat a lot more salad and chicken/meat, and a small amount of rice for example. But I don't know how to balance the rest.
Should I have dinner? I like a bowl of oats with fruits if that's the best option for me.
I also workout everyday.
For example maybe I want a drink (we have that juice powder so I can make it with 0 sugar), or popcorn, or other "unhealthy" food we might have for dinner. I don't know how strict I should be, but I also don't want to slow down my progress.
Sorry for weirdly phrased english :/, and thanks for any help.
