Hi. I'm an Indian. I have recently started counting calories. I like to have homemade chutney/sauce which is prepared by mixing dessicated coconut, roasted peanuts, roasted mustard seeds, curry leaves and water. I usually have a teaspoon of this with lunch however, I'm not sure how to count calories because i make a weekly batch.
This we use when we make pancakes or cheela like moong daal cheela. I do not use oil while making cheela so it is difficult to have a cheela without any sauce or chutney.
A friend told me every single thing should be counted so I'm very stressed how many calories I'm consuming with each teaspoon of chutney.
Please help.
