Concerned for the plateau - losing weight help?

Hi. I am on my journey to losing weight and make exercising and NUTRITION an everyday habit towards sustainability!

Currently, I eat plant-based foods comprised of mainly Whole Foods 90% of the time with some plant junk food in between (e.g. beyond burgers, vegan pizza, etc).

After I found the cause of my weight resistance and gain due to a health condition, I was able to replenish my food intake with re-introducing more whole grains.

My goal weight is 110 lbs. I was 125 lbs at 4’11 with 19.5% body fat and 26.5 inch waist. Fast forward 6 weeks and I now stand at 118.1 lbs with 17% body fat and 25 inch waist.

I am tracking my calories AND macronutrients. I want to make sure I’m eating ENOUGH fat and protein (along with fiber) to keep me satiated.

Well...even with the nutrition aspect, I am finding that keeping a 1,249 kcal budget is kind of hard as I am lifting dumbbells and doing HIIT workouts 6x/week for at least 30 min a day. I was just doing cardio and no weights and realized that I wasn’t seeing any fat % reduction until I introduced dumbbells into the picture.

I currently do Heather Robertson workouts. I like her combination of HIIT and lifting dumbbells as I do get some caloric burn and some weights together.

I feel like this caloric budget is not sustainable for me as time progresses. Really b/c tracking calories when lifting weights is useless as you can’t really track them? I find myself realizing that the more weight I lose, the more hungry I am.

Hope this makes sense. I just don’t wanna get to a plateau and I also want to ensure I am satiated, but losing weight and getting toned as well.
