Help?

Hey guys basically i'm struggling with losing weight and need help. I'm currently 13, 5'4 and 166 pounds. I need someones help and guidance since i'm struggling so much. I just don't want to get an eating disorder or anything. Currently i'm on a calorie deficit and eating 1200 calories everyday. It's the only way to lose weight healthily so that's why i'm doing it! My body is aching so bad because of the workouts i done (daisy keech 10 minute hourglass abs, emi wong 30 minute full body fat burn and 10 minute HIIT) i need better workouts that will burn more but hurt way less. I just want to change the way I look and the next time people see me i want them to be like, 'wow you've changed so much i can't recognise you' I've literally gotten body shamed since i was 5 and i want some change so please? I'm pretty happy with the calorie amount i'm consuming It's going great. But, any advice?
