Will I ever lose the weight?

I'm 5'3 and 137 lbs... which is pretty overweight for an Asian female with zero muscle.

I've been trying seriously to get down to around 120-125 lbs since 2019. I've lost and regained the same 5 lbs for a year until quarantine hit. Then I was able to get down to 130 lbs!! A huge achievement. I maintained it for a while too.

Then summer started and my life sort of fell apart. I sit now at 137 and I just hate myself so much.

I'm sure you're going to be like "oh it's just 7 lbs!" or "love yourself!" but the problem is that kind of mentality is what made me gain the weight back. It's also incredibly hard for me to lose 7 lbs.

I feel like I'm running out of time before society opens back up again. My current lifestyle changes are enough to help me lose weight... the problem is that once I slip on one of them, the entire thing eventually crashes down.

Can anyone give me advice on how to solidify my good habits or share some encouragement? I'm so discouraged right now and I don't know what to do.
