What the wow!

Today, I attended my local Obesity Management Service's information session on "Life After Bariatric Surgery", since they can fully fund a gastric sleeve operation.

I was pretty surprised at how little you can hold afterwards, but in spite of dinner being a lamb roast, I decided to take all the advice I'd received. Small bites (teaspoon size), eat slow (20ish minutes) and stop when you're satisfied, not full.

I got through a cauliflower floret, handful of peas and corn, two small slices of lamb, half a small potato and about 2/3 to 3/4 of a baked carrot.

I almost died of shock. This changes everything.
