As the title says, for the past few weeks I've been at about 136 (32F, 5'5", started at 157, goal weight 130), with no more than half a pound variance, however according to my body fat scale, my body fat percentage has been steadily dropping by .1% every 1-2 days.
The only thing that's changed recently is that I picked up a housekeeping job at a hotel to keep me busy until I can get back to my regular job. It's pretty physical work and I'm on my feet sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, making beds, etc. for 7-8 hours a day 5 days a week. Previous to getting the job I was going for hour-long walks every day, but I've stopped doing that because of the exercise I get on the job.
I was eating at 1200 per day previously but I've upped it to about 1500-1600 since starting the new job because I find myself ravenous by the end of the day.
Is this just that I'm gaining muscle, is it an issue with my scale, did I up my calorie intake too much, or is it something else entirely?
