Snacks between meals

I have about 30lb to get to goal weight and I've lost about 30 so far. I eat around 1700-1800 calories (breastfeeding) and average 400 a meal. But between lunch and dinner, I feel all the snack cravings hit. I usually eat nuts, but I can easily overeat, or I still feel hungry. I bought some almond flour crackers that are 150 calories for 17 crackers and another kind that was 60 calories for 3 crackers. Today, I grazed over some nuts, crackers and a slice of bread and peanut butter, totaling 750 calories, bringing my day's count to 2000 :-(

Please help, what can I eat (besides fruit and raw veggies) that are low calorie density?
