Seeking advice on my workouts in the gym

Before I start, I know this may not be the best place to ask this, but I’ve tried posting over on r/fitness and it’s very difficult because your post is usually not approved and you’re redirected to the FAQ, but I’m looking for a personalised response.

My current gym routine looks like this. Mon - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps Tue - Back/Biceps Wed - Legs Thu - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps Fri - Back/Biceps

Sat and Sun I’m unable to go to the gym currently due to time restrictions with COVID and the fact that I work most weekends.

Then continue on from Monday from where I last was e.g Mon would be legs as I finished on Friday with back/biceps.

Now I know everyone seeing this is probably thinking this is very ineffective the way I’m doing it, and I agree, which is why I’m seeking advice on the best routine for me, keeping in mind it’s very difficult for me to go the gym at the moment on the weekend.

If no one is able to assist, would seeking a personal trainer for assistance be the best thing for me?
