Any suggestions?

I have lost 20 pounds last year. My lowest was 133.8, but sadly I’ve gained back 4 pounds and may keep on gaining if I don’t change anything. My aunt came over for around a week, and I keep on eating when I get bored, I’m starting to go back ( mentally ) to where I was 20 pounds ago. I really want to stop eating when I get bored but I just can’t stop thinking about eating. I have a therapist so I may talk about it with her, but I was just wondering if you guys have any suggestions for me to do? I have been working out basically daily, but I’ve been going over my caloric deficit by a good 300+ calories TT I normally eat 900-1,200 calories, do 25-60 minute workouts, and sometimes walk around the block and I’m starting to practice dancing and stuff.
