Scale is giving me a different number when I step on it. Is this normal?

F24 SW: 190 CW: 157.6 5'4

This is going to sound very crazy but I have 3 scales that I weigh myself on. I've read posts where someone uses a broken scale, thinks they lost 10 pounds and they find out their scale was actually broken or something. I know if this happened to me I would just stop trying to lose weight because it's so demoralizing so I got paranoid and just use 3 scales lol. I don't have an eating disorder - I just like to be safe and as accurate as possible. So I weigh myself at the same time every day under the same conditions. I never move the scales from their place, except to adjust it if someone in my house moves them which is never more than a few inches from their place. They're all in my bathroom on a hard surface - it's like stone or something. I also make sure to calibrate every time I use it, wait for it to set to 0... etc. I always take the highest number it gives me and they're always pretty close together. Today I stepped on them, weighed in at 156.6, 156.6 and 157. I stepped on them again 3 minutes later and it gave me 156.6, 156.8 and 156.8. This is normal right? Like I shouldn't be worried that all 3 of them are broken. Why are 2 of them giving me a different reading minutes later? lol
