Exactly what it says. While at the beginning, you may think this journey is too hard or the food is not enough. But just give it some time. I used to think the same thing. I used to be able to eat 3 meals at one time and still have room comfortably for dessert. I didnt think that small portions could ever fill me up. But our bodies adapt to us to make us the best we can be. After a couple weeks of dieting, I was having what wouldve been basically a snack size to the old me and it filled me up. It just takes awhile to build a habit, but once you have that habit, your body remembers 8t and adapts to it.
