Progress?

I have gained about 15 lbs since I have been working less due to covid (last 2 months), but I think that my physically active job was kind of a crutch as far as keeping my eating habits in check. Before i started this job, i was around 270 lbs and I knew that i needed to lose this weight because I just felt so unhealthy. About 1.5 years later, i had dropped to 215 and hit a plateau but really just felt okay with my body so i started maintaining and basically taking care of my body. I see myself falling into old habits, and I realise now that this is not a journey that ends. Though my goal weight was somewhere within the healthy bmi range, I just felt great at 215 and I decided I would take a break from counting calories and trust my instincts and coping skills that I had practiced. It wasn't until now, with social distancing and no job to get exercise (its like getting paid to go to the gym! Lol), that I have gone out of my normal range. Im going to use this as a sign that its time to start moving and grooving again, and come up with some fun at home workouts. If anyone knows some fun exercise to do at home let me know! Btw I love dancing.
