Hey everybody I’m an 18 year old male who’s currently about 225 pounds and 5’10. Since my freshman year of high school I have been chubby but I am currently the heaviest I’ve ever been. I’ve been also trying to eat right and change my eating habits for this time as well but it always ends up in me giving into my gluttonous urges and trying again every couple of months or so. I’ve always been fairly active as well, going on bike rides, hiking, walks, if anything I hate being inside all day. I’m also doing great mentally as well I’ve never had it this good in life even during these difficult times. The one giant thing I’ve always struggled with is just my eating habits it feels so hopeless sometimes. If you guys can share any tips or personal experiences I’d really appreciate it. I just want to get over this hurdle and live a comfortable and healthy life.
