Losing almost 1 lbs per day

So I started my OMAD about 15 days ago and so far I’ve already lost more than 6kg (sorry for switching between units but my scale is in kg)

I was at 125 kg 2 weeks ago and now I’m down to 118.5 kg in such short time. I’m 6’1 and barely work out so I don’t know if I have any muscles to burn but I’m confused on what’s really happening here. So far the pace is keeping up but am I really burning fat? I’ll continue to see what happens but in the past 2 days alone I’ve lost 2kg.

As for diet I pretty much eat anything that I normally would but in less amounts. I also completely avoid any snacks, and drinks (only water). The food that I consume also has very little sugar in it. The whole reason I started this diet was to avoid getting caught up in buying specific groceries or frequently going to the gym, it seems simple but are the numbers real?
