Hey guy's, I bought a 1lb workout jump rope from Amazon. I jump for like 8 minutes and my calf hurts pretty bad. I am 25F and I'm 5'2 and weigh 113lb, I lost a lot of weight previously but I'm still flabby and especially around my tummy. I saw youtube videos of Before & After pictures of people transforming their bodies just by doing jump rope every day and doing it for 10 minutes and me wanting to test it out got a jump rope! I jump rope before but never for a long period of time and just by two minutes I was absolutely winded! I couldn't make it to 10 minutes and when I was done my legs were shaking like crazy and I practically limped and crawled back to my room. My chest hurt and my legs wouldn't stop shaking. That was two days ago and my right calf still hurts and I think it was from the jump rope. I wanna try it again and get really toned like all the before & afters. I need help and if you tried to do jump rope tell me your experiences and any advice you can tell me!
