Hey all! I have recently started a new job (In the pandemic, I know!) and to go along with that have also recently started metformin. I now as a result get up real early and need to eat breakfast before I go to work. A) because I won’t have the chance to have my lunch until 1 and b) because I need to take the metformin with breakfast. The issue is that the thought of eating that early most days makes me feel sick and I need something non/ low carb and super light so I can eat it. I was having 50 cal bread and eggs and that was working until I had it every day for a week and now I can’t look at that either 😂 so I need to alternate some other breakfasts into the mix
Any ideas would be appreciated and you may just save my gross morning breakfast force down 😭😭😭
