Hi all! Been a long time since I've been on the sub. Getting married, so there's no better time than now to kick my butt back into gear.
Giving intermittent fasting a try. So far it hasn't been too gnarly...i usually don't eat breakfast so it hasn't been a major adjustment. Still hoping some folks can offer insight from personal experience - any advice? How long before you started seeing results? Any tips for working out while fasting - should you do it or avoid it? How do you keep going when you just feel like breaking the fast?
Basically, anything you wish you had known before starting or something you learned along the way would be so very appreciated! Thank you!
