In-laws are visiting and they always insist on eating restaurant/takeaway food, how to stay within calories? Possibly 3-4 meals out within 2 days!

So my in-laws are visiting. For the first time ever they'll be staying overnight as well. They're lovely people, but no offense to them, their visit isn't special enough of an occasion to go over my maintenance calories for the day. Especially as it's close to my birthday so will me aiming for maintenance calories the week of my birthday! When they visit we do tend to be somewhat active, they like walks in the countryside. So I'll aim for 1400-1500kcal a day.

We will probably have breakfast at home, I'll probably have fruit and yoghurt while watching them eat chocolatey pastries :( But they always insist on going to a pub/restaurant/takeaway for lunches and dinners. Even when I offer to make food. And the type of place they like tend to be small, independent restaurants without calorie info on the menu. And likely somewhere that doesn't even do salads such as an Indian restaurant. They haven't given us timings yet, so don't know how many lunches and dinners they'll want with us. They're always last-minute type people.
