Hello everyone, new here. Never did fitness or bodybuilding or much sports after high-school. I'm 27 now. Last year I had a small operation in my lower back because I had hernia. And since that operation I don't do almost any kind of sports. I was not able to run, jump, do push-ups etc. Now I'm better, not that good but better. I can run for 25 minutes straight. I can ride my bicycle. I can do some jumps - not too much though it starts hurting.
Yesterday I tried a new pair of pants. It looked horrible. My waist is bigger, parts over my waist are bigger and wider. My body almost looks like a body of a girl. And I felt horrible with what I saw. My chest is small, I'm not naturally lucky. I think my shoulders are small, too. I'm not trying to have an amazing body. I just want to fix it, I want to have a normal looking body. I'm sick of trying to hide my body with oversize clothes.
What would you guys suggest me? Where can I start? Should I focus on doing runs, eating less, other stuff? Please keep in mind that I can't do many type of sports. Here are my recent photos. When I push my chest up it looks kind of OK but still not good. And I can't push my body up all the time. I want my normal posture to be better.
