I’ve just come off a keto diet, and it was probably a bit unhealthy for me as I’m still growing and dieting heavily can mess up ur metabolism or something? Idk anyway it’s been a week since then and I want to eat everything in sight. I’ve just had spaghetti and meat balls and if someone gave me 10 chicken thighs right now I could probably eat them all of them. Is it normal for me to be this hungry? I’m 6’3 and 18. Should I be eating more now? During my diet I probably ate around 800-1200 calories a day and didn’t have any snacks. So maybe it’s my metabolism trying to adjust again? I don’t want to gain back the weight I lost. I’m at a good ish weight now but want to gain a bit more. How do I make sure I don’t go overboard?
