I feel like I'm gaining weight but all the evidence points in the other direction

Alright, so quick background- I (22M) dropped 116lbs between April 2017 and August 2018. I maintained my goal weight for about 6 months and then got into a relationship in early 2019 where I proceeded to gain about 25-30lbs over the next year.

Since that breakup, I've been working on getting back in shape. I've been doing everything right- eating plenty of fruits, calories in/calories out, I work out 6 days a week- 5 of which are strength training days.

On top of that, my clothes have gotten looser, I still fit into 32 jeans, I need a new belt and I'm noticing that I'm building muscle again in some areas.

Despite all of that evidence, my anxiety ridden brain has convinced itself that I'm gaining back all of the weight I dropped. Weight is an area where I tend to be over critical.

Am I getting in my own head here? Has anyone else struggled with this?
