How do you not completely wreck your progress on the weekend?!

I’ve lost 31 lbs. since January, and have stalled since August and want to get moving again. I do amazing throughout the week and keep to a good exercise/calorie deficit routine, but something about Saturday and Sunday just wrecks most the progress I make during the week. đŸ˜©. I own a business and work at home, as well as homeschool. The weekends are the only times we really are out and I know that it’s messing with my progress.

So I guess what I’m trying to ask is How do you stay motivated during the weekend and stay on track? I feel like everything is out the window and me, hubs, and kid are having a great time and then Monday rolls around again.
