Hey everyone, I've been powerlifting for 4 years and recently did my first cut at the start of gym closure, I have gone from 163(20-22%BF) to 143 over the course of 5 months (March-Aug), Recently I have pleateued exactly at 143 for 6 weeks, the scale has never fluctuated for more than half a pound. I weight train 6 days a week with 30mins of slow cardio after and an hour long session of slow cardio on the 7th day.
I noticed my strength has increased in the last 6 weeks and my body is getting leaner every week but the scale is just not budging, my end goal is 136lbs with 10-12% BF. As it is my first time cutting to such a low BW I honestly can't figure out why I plateaued.

Calorie Maintenance : 2100cal
Calorie Consumption : 1600-1700cal
Calorie Deficit Avg/week : 450cal
My diet mainly consist of the same thing everyday.
Have a small variety of foods. Switching it up everyday.
Breakfast: Protein Oat pancakes/Cornflakes/French Toast/Eggs/Cottage Cheese+PB2 W/Bread.
Lunch/Dinner: Chicken Breast/Salmon/Lean Beef. Broccoli/Spinach/Carrots/Potato-Leaf
Snacks: Protein Ice-cream/Protein Mugcakes/Blended fruit shakes/Greek Yoghurt.
TLDR: Plateaued at 143lbs for 6 weeks, weight train 6x a week ,can't figure out why.
