Anyone else have a “Get Back on Track” meal or snack that they go to after falling off the wagon?

Over the last few months I’ve been eating way too much junk food—lots of ice cream and potato chips with not much concern in the way of moderation. There’s been exercise here and there but not too much that’s been consistent. Today I had an entire cucumber with a little ranch dip and it felt good seeing all that healthy piled on a plate. I ate it and now I feel in control again. I even went as far as buying some radishes, sweet potatoes and a red pepper. Hoping I can make the good habits stick this time. If not, I will remember today and the cucumber that I can defer to to get me back on the horse.
