I've been on this journey for a long time, but really refocused with lockdown and am over 2 stone down (and very proud of that!) with CICO and daily walks.
During the week, working from home, I'm pretty good at keeping the snacks down, healthy things like apples, mini raisins, or tiny chocolate bars to satiate my cravings.
But on the weekends I really struggle. It's too easy to nip to the shop and buy a bag of chocolate, and since I'm there a pack of biscuits, oh and a large bag of crisps and on and on...
I'm really interested in how others beat this, or control this? All ideas are very very welcome!
