  13. To set a good example for my daughter
  14. So my daughter won’t be embarrassed of her fat mom

  18. So I’m not tired all the time

  20. To feel my collarbones
  21. To accomplish a goal

  65. So a normal sized towel fits me
  66. So I can fit nicely in the bath

  68. So I don’t sweat as much
  69. So it’s easier to tie my shoelaces
  70. To have after photos rather than a succession of before photos where I get steadily fatter
  71. To fit rings
  72. To not worry about keeping up with slimmer friends on outings
  73. To be able to talk about health with clients without feeling like a fraud
  74. To be at a point where I can then focus on getting fitter rather than losing weight for once
  75. To have a waist again
  76. So I can fit more clothes in my drawers/suitcases/loads of laundry
  77. To not worry about weight limits for activities
  78. To fit into rides at amusement parks
  79. To not feel self-conscious getting a massage
  80. So I sleep better
  81. So my feet don’t hurt at the end of the day
  82. So shopping is fun again
