I’ve lost all my weight previous and put it right back on again. Tried various diets like Dukan which worked great, and slimming world which seemed to be a psychotic version of Alcoholics Anonymous for mainly housewives and ended up rebounding. What’s worse is that while I was 35KG overweight, none of it hit my face, arms or legs. Just a round stomach, and because it wasn’t visually obvious all my friends would say “You’re not fat” if I mentioned my weight leading me to procrastinate.
But LoseIt seems to be very simply working. Calorie limit each day, and I stay under. Job done.
Hopefully by Christmas this 41 year old will no longer look ridiculous. Thanks to everyone in this sub for posting their progress, it’s really helping to stay the course.
