Was doing too much in 2019, overtime, weightlifting hard each night, while also wanting to lose weight and not eating correctly. And I burnt out, no progress anywhere. Insomnia, blah blah.
February 2020 decided to focus solely on weightloss. Weigh my food, log everything, IF, went from 209lb to 174 currently @ 6ft tall. Do little bits of cardio, more hiking outdoors.
I still look and feel fat in all the same places, still feel a big gut and handles and flabby. But a lot of people I've talked with all seem to say I'm seeming rather light for my size. Guys that I see as way thinner than me weighing a bunch more.
So I still feel I need to lose more weight, but should I just stop here, reverse diet and then focus on weightlifting again? I've no doubt I've lost a bit of muscle, long time of reduced calories. I'm just really confused as to what I should do from here.
