Weight Loss for Everyone: Meal prep

Meal prep

Hey guys starting school soon and since I am in a grad program we have labs that I have to go to campus for. This part is irrelevant but I’m prepping my meals now. Here what I been eating already tell me what you think I’m adding some nice diet changes

Breakfast : oatmeal (apple) I haven’t learned how to make it on the stove so I use the packets ( kill me)

Eggs and one sausage

Snack: fruit (strawberries. Blueberries , canaloupe

Smoothie of said fruits with almond milk and spinach

Lunch : if I’m at school I don’t eat lunch.

If I’m home turkey sandwich or pb and j. Or a salad . Homemade air fryer chicken sandwich

Dinner Either Chicken whether breast or thigh and leg. I bake or put in my air fryer. With brown rice. Maybe corn one day maybe peas. Maybe string beans or carrots or asparagus

And I switch the protein for fish when I’m feeling like it.
