I've wanted to lose weight for years, and after some health hiccups that are slowly getting more manageable, that's what I'm trying to do. I tried intermittent fasting for a while and then when I looked into it more I realised it wasn't the best for my age. It was the easiest thing I could do seen as I struggle exercising but I've stopped now. I went down from 69kg/152lbs to 65kg/143lbs due to it although I figure some of that was water weight.
I've trying different things now and would appreciate some feedback on whether I'm doing it correctly or not. I don't want to get this wrong then live the rest of my life regretting it.
Basic Info:
•14/F •168cm/5"6' •SW- 65kg/143lbs
What I'm doing to lose weight:
•GW- 50kg/110lbs •Eating 1450kcal per day •Slowly increasing fruit and veg consumption •Decreasing carb consumption •Increasing protein consumption •Increasing water intake •Trying to cut out added sugars* •Working out frequently (every 1-2 days) •Workouts consist of 20+mins of cycling on a stationary bike and calisthenic workout •I plan on gaining any weight back through muscle
*I would have cut out sugar anyways because Type II Diabetes runs in my family.
Now you can judge what you think of what I'm doing. I should probably clarify that I suffer from a condition that highly resembles IBS-C, but I can't say it is that because I don't have a diagnosis and I've been seen by a lot of doctors. It affects things because I'm in chronic pain and also suffer bloating frequently.
I appreciate your feedback, have a nice day :D
