Happy Friday! I hope your July has proven wonderful & full of nice surprises.
Weigh in daily, enter in Libra & remove moral judgement/stigma/shame directed at yourself about it: Log every morning. Progress over perfection. Would trade my uterus for magic beans. Less beans than yesterday.
1800 calories (tracking in 5-day cycles, Friday/Saturday at maintenance): Maintenance.
Exercise 5 days a week: 30 minute lunch walk & stationary bike with posture poses & arm reps. Hoping my arms start to show a little of this effort. 2/2 days.
Alone time to word vomit into journal: Made some time for it!
Todays gratitude list: Today I’m grateful for the feeling of sunshine & fresh air on my face in the car, listening to a real banging song. I'm also grateful for that Friday feeling before a long weekend. And the wild sunflowers I picked at work.
