I've been struggeling with weight for a long time, and since i'm moving to Japan in around a year i decided that enough was enough and that i would try to hit 90kg before i moved.
Started at 130kg and now i'm at 118kg and i'm so proud of myself. All i did was cut everything unhealthy (most of the times, today i had mcd to celebrate with some coworkers) but in general day to day, no unhealthy things.
Breakfast is 2 fried eggs with a splash of ketchup
lunch is 2 pieces of chicken and a selection of green
dinner is whatever my family is having
In between i eat some almonds but thats about it!
So stoked!
