I lost 40 pounds. I am 19 pounds away from my goal weight and I’m struggling to lose it. It’s not because of a plateau or anything - I just fell off track my period week and because two birthdays in a row and now I am really having a hard time again :( I only have been going to the gym once a week instead of 3 times and I feel like I’m losing my sense of control with food again. I keep eating when I say I’ll stop and that’s how I became overweight in the first place. I ate out so much recently and today I made healthy meals but ate lots of high calorie snacks. I am so close to my goal weight and my body already looks so much more healthy and I am scared to fall off now. I think I need some advice and words of encouragement. I feel super discouraged.
