This is my first weight related post. 18F CW: 141 GW: 130
I’m a freshman in college right now and I’m having a hard time getting back into an exercise routine. Before corona hit I was swimming 5 times a week with my swim team and I LOVED it. I felt amazing and so happy to be on a real schedule. Then corona hit, 5lbs gained back. I did the 2 week Chloe ting workout and actually lost the 5lbs. I tried stationary biking at home and it was going ok. But now I’m in college, and I’m struggling with getting back into it. My initial plan was to swim everyday but my school closed their pool and you have to make reservations to go to the gym. I also have severe social anxiety that’s been heightened by moving and being alone in college. I don’t know what to do and how to start over again. My boyfriend is like a Calvin Klein model and I just feel so bad about my body when we have sex. I really need to lose my muffin top! Any advice? How do I get back to loving exercise that’s not swimming?
