Hello beautiful people! I’m new to posting so sorry if formatting is wrong, I’m simply looking for suggestions on maintaining an exercise routine. I personally loathe exercise mostly because of asthma reasons. But after fasting 6/18 for the past five or six months I feel so darn good about myself! Use to be 212 and now at 186! The problem now is it’s beginning to plateau some and I need to start toning my body before it becomes harder to tone up. I personally just can’t find the motivation to get up and start my day like most people. Is there any suggestions you may have that will help me over this hurdle such as sharing a routine you have or something that really just wants to make you jump outta bed and do it??
