Maintaining is a gazillion times more difficult than losing I kind of would like to perish

My relationship with food is terrible, I keep overeating, weekend binges are the new regular and I am miserable.

Basically I don't know what I'm doing. How many calories do I burn by crying?

But in all seriousness I had followed a diet conjured by a doctor and while it made losing weight very easy I don't think I developed any good habits nor have I made permanent lifestyle changes and so here I am, a struggling mess. It's been a difficult few months and it's almost like I need to start over đŸ˜ª (in these few months of maintenance I went back to losing a few kilos because it seemed I was gaining but I am currently back to ¿?¿---kinda---?¿? maintaining ). I'm stressed.

Any advice from successful maintainers?
