I'm a 5'1 19 female that weighs 138 when I should be at 115 -120. The weight is in my stomach and thighs.I've already been made fun of/bullied by family for getting "fat".I've been for a while looking for an exercise that works for me but I end up stopping mostly because there's no motivation or I can't find it. I ended buying the game just dance to help and its fun but I want to find other ways that don't just make me think "you're doing this because you gained weight"
What's the best exercise for losing it?
And also best foods alternative instead of using the high saturated and high sodium stuff?
