How to overcome exhaustion to make good choices?

Hello all, I am a teacher and during quarantine I was able to shed about 30lbs through cico and a lot of movement. I was so happy and am about halfway to my gw. This school year is unlike anything I've ever done before and I am wrecked all the time. I am trying to keep up little choices to stay on track but I have been working from dawn til dusk and then struggling to get enough sleep. Does anyone have any tips about how I can combat this? In the past I've turned to heavily sweetened coffee and am definitely trying lots of water instead, but it's very hard to stay on track in all things when I'm feeling so drained. Thank you guys for all of your motivation on this sub. I so enjoy it.
