How do I know if I should stop losing weight?

Good day, I have thought of posting this for a while but I have achieved my now goal weight of 54.5kg (19.3 bmi) last month ago... (from 72kg last Nov 2019). I'm 5'6", but currently now 55.2kg (19.6 bmi), I'm trying to put on some muscle mass through bodyweight (It's my 3rd week of eating at a maintenance to a surplus of 200-400) but I'm thinking of buying some dumbbells someday.

How do I know if I should stop being on a deficit already? Friends and family said that I look good and some said that I should put on some weight since I look bad? I'm on an experimental phase of putting some muscle mass but I thought of asking the community for advice. I'm not sure if I should maintain my current weight or "bulk". Right now I'm happy with the way I look but there is still some confusion going on in my head. I kinda want to build some muscle without going over 56kg (is that possible?)

Reading posts and advices here has helped me a lot, I know there are posts about this but would love to hear some new advice... thank you!

EDIT: Here is how I look for reference Before (taken Nov 23, 2019) and Now / Now (flexed). I was mostly doing bodyweights (mainly HIIT before) since it's a lot efficient on my time before since I was spending the whole day at school and right now the gyms are closed so I just continued doing bodyweight workouts. But right now I'm only doing HIITs every MWF, I'm now focusing on strength on the other days
