Ugh I am so frustrated! I started CICO and my first week I was down 2.8! I just weighed in this week (I weigh once a week) and I am the same weight 🤦🏻♀️
I am 5’0, 124 lbs, eat anywhere between 1100-1300 calories a day and walk 90 minutes as well as a 20 minute total body workout 6 days a week.
When I weighed myself last week, it was a day after a workout so I don’t think this is water weight due to a workout.
I am spotting a tiny bit but not due for my period for two reasons 1) my period finished about 10 days ago and 2) I skipped sugar pills to not get my period the next cycle.
I didn’t eat or drink after 6pm to allow for 12 hours for digestion.
Can someone please let me know why the scale hasn’t dropped? I’ve been strict. Logging EVERYTHING on MFP and it’s the same foods I ate the week prior when I lost 2.8. Lastly, the scale was in the same spot it was last week.
