Do I have to track my calories to lose weight? + any advice?

I'm 60 KG and around 157 cm tall.

I feel like I would like to lose weight and everyone recommends CICO but for that I need to literally measure everything I consume and I just KNOW that I will not be able to follow through (mainly because of the lifestyle and family I have). If there's a way to roughly know if what I'm eating is right, that would be awesome.

The way I eat is usually how I divide my plate: mostly protein, some rice, a loooot of salad.

I gained this weight because I used to eat mostly rice and a little bit of protein.

Basically I'm asking if there's a way to lose weight without actually counting calories? I work out almost everyday (running, HIIT, circuit training, muscle training, skating, jump rope).

I don't have a goal weight exactly, just trying to lose as much weight as I can while becoming more fit.
