Hello everyone
In 2017 I started a strict diet of eating 1200 calories per day. That worked out and I went from 175 pounds to 145. 3 years post college life of partying and eating the worst foods possible, I went up to 195 - 200 pounds. I have never been that heavy in my life. Just terrible.
People and my family would tell me my face is so fat which was true and I just had to look in the mirror and then check my weight on the scale. I couldn’t believe I reached 200 pounds. I never ever went past 180 in my lifetime(24 years old).
So I spent the last few months eating like how I was in 2017 and I’m down 20 pounds so far. Sitting at 180(last Friday). This Friday, I may break into the 170’s which is huge for me. Means I’m doing well and back on the right track.
I was most happy with myself at around 155 pounds. I loved my face, I loved my body, I was able to date left and right. I’m thankful to still be with one of the people I started dating 2 years ago. Anyways I was just happy and I can’t wait to be back in that happy place.
Sorry I just had to share that.
