-37 kgs (81 lbs) And feeling pretty great!

First things first! Progress pic!

After having seen and been motivated by a lot of stories on here I finally decided to do something about my weightgain this year. I have been steadily gaining weight over the past 5 years and I think it all started when we got our first child back in 2014, I went from being skinny and weighing about 76 kgs back then to what you see in the picture but can finally say I turned it around in the shityear that is 2020!

I made it by starting of with intermittent fasting (16/8) and walks every day back in february, cutting down on portions and no sweets allowed on the weekdays (sweettooth is by far my biggest weakness). After about 1.5 month I started running/jogging on treadmill for about 15 minutes at 4.8 mp/h every other day and have since then ramped it up every 3-4 weeks (both time and speed and I'm now at 7.0 mp/h for 40 min) when the weather has allowed I've been running outside aswell. In june when I'd reached about 85 kgs I started doing tabata (8 exercises 20s on/ 10 off in 4-6 sets) 3 times a week aswell to try and maintain some musclemass and to help against stretchmarks and I'd like to think it atleast have helped a little.

Even tho I've lost so much weight I'm still not happy and I'm gonna try keeping on working out and hopefully strechmarks will fade (still feel very bad about them when going to the beach etc :( )

Anyways, if anyone have some questions I'd be more than happy to help with what little knowledge I have!
