Hello all! I am new to reddit but I got it for the purpose of wanting to change my body. My mom said I can’t post pictures of myself, but I weigh 145 and I am 5’6. I am almost at a healthy BMI. I have played sports all my life (volleyball, basketball and gymnastics) so my arms and legs are very muscular, but my BIGGEST issue is my stomach :(. All my friends have flat stomachs and it makes me insecure that I have thick thighs/muscular figure with a tummy. I used to eat really bad, and i’m currently working on it. My biggest issue is sweets, and eating less. I want to lose about 10 pounds. My stomach is 31 inches and i would like it to be like 25? I know being slimmer won’t make me happier, but it’s always been a goal of mine! Please help, also please consider I will be going to school soon so lunch ideas for school would be helpful. I don’t drink soda, and i rarely eat candy. I eat quite a bit of processed food, but i have been eating for fruits and veggies lately. I just need help on meals and what not. I do workout 5 days a week because i play sports. All help is welcome. I just want to feel happy in my own skin!
