I'll go first.
Today I put on a pair of high waisted leggings that normally would bother me because the band historically rolls down around my stomach and settles under my apron belly. Did they roll down? Yes. Did they drive me nuts all day? No! They rolled down only a fraction of the time they normally do. Most of the day they stayed up! And when they did roll they didn't seem to bunch up so much.
It was such a small observation but made me feel really good about my progress so far. Tell me what encouraged you today!
