I'm 21(F) and 5'4 /163cm Went from 66 kgs to 58.5 kgs.(in 5 month)
My initial goal was 54-55kgs around.
I'm now at a stage where i don't look fat when I wear clothes (even crop tops with high waisted jeans ofc)
All the weight that I've lost is purely by eating at a deficit (with some maintenance breaks)
I'm at a point now where I'm really confused if just weight training and cardio should be something i start incorporating and stop deficit? Or incorporate exercise and continue at deficit for atleast 2-3 more kgs.

Oh and also, i notice that my belly has still shrunked down but my arms haven't, i find that weird. How to go about it too?
